Workshop Outline
MISW 2025 will be held on August 4-5th, for the graduate students, Asia Oceania Top University League on
Engineering (AOTULE) students to encourage innovation
across disciplines via a research-based workshop and promote cross-cultural understanding.
Participants are expected to present their own research or a related topic in oral presentation
format and attend all sessions at the workshop.
In addition to the presentations, there will be a game and banquet (free of charge).
Award
Some presenters will be awarded by Professors at Science Tokyo. Both the extended abstract and presentation will be judged.
Oral and poster presenters will have a chance to get the award.
Best presenters amongst the Regular Science Tokyo Students have a chance to attend the AOTULE Student Workshop
held in TBD, which will be held in the Tsinghua University, China.
There will be many exceptionally talented students gathering from Asia Oceania area.
So it is a good opportunity for developing friendships, exchanging ideas and so on, through various activities.
Only graduate students in School of Engineering, School of Materials and Chemical Technology, and School of Environment and Society, who attend MISW and are selected, are eligible to attend the AOTULE Workshop.

The Workshop Content
Papers from all engineering fields focusing on advanced technology are welcome.
Submit the Extended Abstract by submission form on the application page.
One page of A4 size, written in English, and PDF format.
Entrance Requirements
Eligibility:
·Graduate students enrolled in School of Engineering, School of Materials and Chemical Technology, and School of Environment and Society, and International Exchange Students of Science Tokyo 2025 are eligible.
·Applications from graduate students from other schools and undergraduate students from all departments may be accepted depending on availability within the workshop program
(Note: only graduate students in School of Engineering, School of Materials and Chemical Technology, and School of Environment and Society will be the candidates for the AOTULE student workshop selection).
·Approval of the presentation and publication of the Extended Abstract by the student’s advisor is necessary prior to submission.
