How to apply for MISW 2026
Step 1 : Online Registration
Registration starts on May 15th, 2026.
Notes 1. AOTULE students should select oral presentation. 2. Other students can choose oral presentation or poster presentation, whichever you prefer. 3. If you would like to attend only as an auditor, please contact us at the following e-mail address. email: hori.t.ag-misw2026@ml.m.titech.ac.jp
Step 2 : Preparation of Extended Abstract
1. Download the extended abstract from the following link Extended Abstract Template [MS Word] 2. Prepare your abstract using MS Word for publication in the proceedings. Color Figures are acceptable. Only English language is accepted. 3. Include both text and figures on a single A4 size page and convert it into .pdf file format.
Step 3 : Submission of Extended Abstract
Please send your extended abstract to the following form.

Please submit one file in pdf format and no longer than 2 MB.
The filename of your extended abstract should follow the following rule.
"Given name" + "_" + "Last name" + ".pdf"
eg. Taro_Suzuki.pdf
Notification of Acceptance
You will receive a notification of acceptance two weeks after the deadline. If your documents are incomplete or formatted incorrectly, you will be notified by e-mail.
